Annual Tenant Reexamination. We provide all services required for Annual Re-Examinations; including notification to the Tenant of their Annual Re-examination, verification of continued eligibility, complete all 3rd party verifications, (i.e. child support/alimony, public assistance, employment, assets, etc.) Calculation of TTP and HAP payment, complete all HUD required data, including HUD-50058 and notification of Annual Re-examination results to the Tenant and Property Owner.
Housing Quality Standards Inspections
Annual Inspections & Annual Re-Inspections. We mail all appointment letters to the Tenant's and Property Owner's/Manager's. Tenant's and Owner's are provided with our toll free number to call with any scheduling questions.
We mail a Re-inspection fail notification to the Tenant and Property Owner/Manager. The notification states why the unit failed and the date and time of the Re-inspection.
We provide your agency with a "status Report" listing all inspection dates, times, and results.
Rent Reasonableness Survey
The project scope shall include all research and field work necessary to obtain rent comparability samples and to establish and maintain the data base in accordance with Federal Regulations. We provide a computer accessible database so that your staff can determine if proposed rent is reasonable.
Utility Allowance Updates
We will collect data from resident's and survey the appropriate energy suppliers in order to obtain current utility rates and average consumption data to develop a utility allowance schedule based on fuel source and type of housing. HUD-52667 shall be completed, as applicable for each unit type.
